Hey everyone! I know, seven weeks into university life and all, this edited update is sorta late - but I'll give you a quick rundown of O-week!
Awesome is one word that's been used to describe it. Upon questioning, others have contributed such adjectives: interesting, wow, whoa, weird, and I don't know where everything is still! The comment in common, however, seemed to be "Yeah..."
Succinct and eloquent, you guys sum everything up so neatly. ^^
With our awesome stall being manned by Stella, Henza, Tiff, Aleisha, Mee-moi (or Ben), Elise, Adrian (aka Alio), Kat and the occasional other-Universian - even our Pastor Victor from Reach Community Church made a cameo! - first years and newcomers to VCP (or MUFPPS) were welcomed in style, featuring games involving aeroplane jelly, Wii tennis, the Universe guitar, balloon animals, free lollies and more!
In total, over 60 new members joined the team and institution that Universe VCP is in our campus. Don't worry guys, it'll be well worth it: with two of our events having gone down successfully into the Universe annals, weekly meetings, twice weekly prayer meetings and much more coming in the next few months before exams hit us, you should be more than entertained in the spare time between those pracs and lectures about drugs.
