Universe is kicking off 2011 with our Annual Welcome Dinner!

Entree: soup of the day, veggie risotto, goat cheese and smoked salmon tartlets , baked avocado with scallops mornay
Mains: chicken parmigiana, porterhouse ad garlic mushrooms, gnocchi avocado
Desserts: lemon panckaes with icecream, choc mousse with double cream, fruit salad with orange icecream
