FREE Breakfast DAYS!

Wow Free FOOOD, who could say no!

Throughout the semester, Universe has organised a few brekky days for ALL VCP ppl to enjoy! well, at least the ones who could be bothered getting up and attending lectures, not to mention those who rocked up to uni juz b4 lunchtime.... brunchtime! ^.^

In an attempts to fill the many hungry tummies of those who juz hav no time for brekky, or the ones who genuinely cant afford and go without, and even for the kids that always seem to be hungry, many fun and interesting memories were made....

"OOoooh, wat do we have here?" .......

"Well, take your pick from apple/walnut scrolls, coffee scrolls, chocolate muffins, savoury rolls, jam n scones, famous cheesy-mites (for those vegemite fanatics), raisin bread, or we can make you a sandwich on the spot!"

For all those who hada hot chocolate cuppa, hope it wasnt too sweet =P and i dont suppose there were any complaints from those conventional tea-sippers (cant go wrong with lipton tea bag and hot water)

~The wonderful ppl at Knox City Baker's Delight who so generously donated all that fresh n delicious bread. (We had so much that we had to give out whole loaves!)

~ Henry and Adrian (and their automobiles) for zooming into uni wid the trolley load of dough... haha

~ Reach Community Church for letting us borrow the hot water urn
~ City Life Church who always print out stuff for us :)!

~ The many familiar faces who came back in between breaks for 2nds, 3rds, and quite possibly, take-away laa

~ All da Universe members and everyone else who also helped make the events run so smoothly...

~ And of course, to our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ, whose love and compassion for every single person, makes our serving of others such a joy...

Random moments:

"Elsie!! your my number ONE milk pourer!"

"Errm, any1 game enough to try henza's special hot choc shot?" contents: 2 heap TABLESPOONS of HotChoc mix + SUGAR + massive dolop of honey + slap of nutella onda sides (see pics for evidence of hyperglycemics...eek!)

..not surprisingly after that incident, some1 requested "Can i just hava glass of milk?"

"hmm, how come no ones going for the raisin bread... i know! i'll stack em like so...."

"yes the sandwiches are fine....made fresh! we wore gloves!"

After noticing half the block of Tasty cheddar was missing.... "Henry! Stop eating all the cheese!"
